On 4th April 1830, Stephen Rue and his wife Mary, nee Austin, baptised their sons, Jacob and Esau Rue.  We assume as no age is
given that they were twin babies.

Jacob is found in the first recorded census, in 1841, with his parents, Stephen and Mary, however Esau is not with them.

We have no further records of Esau at all.  There is no marriage or offspring, but also no death or burial has ever been found.  The suspicion
is certainly that he died very young, and it is possible that a burial will be found, although so far…nothing.
