Albert Clifford Rue was born on 23rd April 1919 in Neath, South Wales. He was the 3rd child born to Albert and Dolly Rue and he had two younger brothers and a total of four sisters.
Like many of his siblings, he was known by his middle name – Cliff.
Cliff married Nance Griffiths in Neath in 1949. The couple had one son – born in 1952.
I believe they always lived in Neath or the Neath area.
Cliff died in 1994 and Nance died in 1997.
