Barbara Rue was born in the Neath area in 1932. Her parents were Walter Rue and Catherine nee Williams. She had 2 older brothers and 1 older sister. She also had 1 younger brother, Peter who was born in 1939.
Barbara died in 1940 still in Neath and I understand this was caused by TB although i don’t have any proof of this. I also believe that her younger brother also died of TB in 1944.
