David Rue was born on 3rd March 1886 and baptised aged 1 day old on 4th March 1886 in the Parish Chuch of St Mary. This early baptism seems to suggest some illness.
His parents were Edward Rue and Mary Jenkins. They weren’t married until 18th March 1886, the marriage taking place in the Parish Church of Llangan.
Llangan was the home parish of Edward and was were the couple baptised their subsequent children. St Mary’s was the home parish of Mary before she married Edward.
I have not yet found a burial for David but his death was registered in the 1st quarter of 1886 further supporting the theory that he was not strong at birth.
Following their marriage his parents went on to have a further 6 children, although only 2 of these (Thomas & Margaret) survivied infancy.
