Florence was born in the early part of 1904, the first born of William James Rue and Elizabeth Perdue, in Warrington.
She also died in the early part of 1904. I have not seen the death certificate and so do not know cause of death.
William and Elizabeth went on to have two further daughters, Mabel in 1905 and Dorothy in 1911.
